What we collect
When you book a transfer, tour or service we collect what we need to run it: your name, contact details, flight number, pickup and drop-off locations, and the size of your party. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we see the number and messages you send us.
How we use it
We use your information to operate your bookings — dispatching drivers, tracking flights, coordinating boats and guides — to process payments, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers; your full card details never touch our servers.
Sharing
Booking details are shared only with the drivers, captains and partners who deliver your service, and only what they need to deliver it.
